We currently offer shipping across India.
Some remote or restricted locations may have limited delivery availability depending on the courier service.
2. Shipping Charges
FREE SHIPPING is available on orders of ₹500 or more.
Orders below ₹500 are charged a flat shipping fee of ₹379.
The applicable shipping charge, if any, will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful order confirmation and payment.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive shipping and tracking information through the contact details provided during checkout.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
After your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is generally:
- Metro & major cities: 3–6 business days
- Other locations: 5–8 business days
- Remote areas: 7–12 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information at checkout.
If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address and the order has already been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
If the package is returned to us because of an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping the order.

Our courier partner may make multiple delivery attempts before returning the package to the sender. Please ensure that someone is available at the provided delivery address to receive the order.
If an order is returned because of repeated failed delivery attempts, the customer may be responsible for applicable reshipping costs.

If you receive a package that appears damaged, opened, or tampered with, please take photographs or videos of the package before opening it, if possible.
Contact us as soon as possible with your order details and supporting photos/videos so that we can investigate the issue and assist you accordingly.
10. Missing or Lost Shipment
If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery period or the tracking information indicates an unusual delay, please contact us. We will coordinate with the relevant courier partner to investigate the shipment.
